This is a single personal training session.  This is ideal for a one on one assessment prior to deciding to either join with a CrossFit membership or to purchase an appointment/personal training package.

Booking Policy

Appointments may be booked starting 1 month in advance of the appointment and up to 10 hours before the start of the appointment.


Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you cancel two hours or less before your appointment time or if you no message/no show, you will lose that scheduled session from your packet and will not be refunded.
