Unlimited Month to Month

  • Our unlimited memberships allow for as many CrossFit classes as you would like per week.  Our month to month memberships renew every month and are paid every 30 days.  If you need to cancel your plan, easy, just let us know when you need to stop.

1st Child with Parent

  • Children 10 years of age or older may CrossFit with us.  They must go through our beginners program first, just like our adults. This membership is a month to month membership and is added to the parents membership, giving them unlimited access to CrossFit OR Olympic lifting.

2nd Child with Parent

  • More than one child?  Each child gets a discount if joining with an adult.  Children 10 years of age or older may CrossFit with us.  They must go through our beginners program first, just like our adults. This membership is a month to month membership and is added to the parents membership, giving them unlimited access to CrossFit OR Olympic lifting.

3rd Child with Parent

CrossFit AND Oly Add On

  • CrossFit and Olympic lifting are separate classes with separate prices.  If you would like to do both, you can add this membership to your monthly membership to grant you access to the other program.

On Ramp

    On-Ramp is a 4 session beginners program to help introduce you to the movements and intensity of CrossFit.  We ask that anyone who has never done CrossFit at an affiliate, go through our on-ramp program.

CF Member Single Session

  • 1 Attendance Pack

    If you are a CrossFit member in need of personal training, this is for you.  This session can be anything that you need to work on or would like more one on one attention with.  Goal setting will be discussed and a plan implemented to you reach your goal.  The session could include;  weightlifting, gymnastics, endurance, mobility, or speed and agility.
    *This session is one hour in length

Non-CF Member Single Session Personal Training

  • 1 Attendance Pack

    If you are currently not a member of CF and would like to come in and try out a training session with one of our professional coaches, this session is for you!  We can use this as a goal setting time and introduce you to the way working out can change your life.  Meet our staff and our community!
    *This session is one hour in length

CF Member Personal Training 4 Pack

    If you are a CrossFit member in need of personal training, this is for you.  These sessions can be anything that you need to work on or would like more one on one attention with.  Goal setting will be discussed and a plan implemented to you reach your goal.  The session could include;  weightlifting, gymnastics, endurance, mobility, or speed and agility.  These sessions do not expire and can be set up to accommodate your personal schedule.
